Age Group:
Daycare, 3-6 yrs old
At Braineer Academy, our 3–6 years old full-day daycare program focuses on school readiness, confidence, and foundational skills within a warm, low-ratio environment. Through hands-on Montessori-inspired activities, Letterland literacy, and child-led discovery, we foster independent thinking, early math and reading, and healthy social connections. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our daily routines, learning outcomes, hours, and program fees.
What we offer (3-6 yrs old)
> More attention for your child. Low child-to-staff ratios give educators more time to listen, understand your child, and offer individual support.
> Learning inspired by children. Children’s interests, questions, and discoveries help shape our daily activities, making learning meaningful and engaging.
> Play with school readiness in mind. Stories, games, building, and hands-on exploration develop early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills while keeping the joy of play at the centre.
> Social skills woven into every day. We help children join play, express their needs, take turns, and work through disagreements with care—building skills they will use throughout life.
> Flexible groups, personalised support. We adjust small-group learning as children’s skills, interests, and readiness develop, providing support and challenges suited to each child.

> A welcoming space and connected families. Home-like classrooms help children feel comfortable and secure. Everyday conversations and an easy-to-use communication app keep families connected through photos, updates, and messages with educators.
> Growth you can follow. Our educators document children’s developing skills through progress report cards. Twice-yearly parent–teacher meetings offer time to discuss progress, celebrate growth, and plan next steps together.
> Early connections to additional support. Through close partnerships with early intervention organisations, we offer two free developmental assessment opportunities each year. Participation is optional, helping interested families better understand their child’s needs and explore appropriate support early.
> Room to move and explore. Neighbourhood walks and play in nearby community outdoor spaces give children opportunities to build strength, balance, and coordination while discovering the world around them.
How your child grows (3-6 yrs old)
> Confidence to participate. Sharing ideas, asking questions, trying new activities, and feeling comfortable seeking help.
> Foundations for kindergarten. Exploring letters and sounds, counting and comparing, listening to stories, and practising following directions through play.
> Skills for friendships and everyday life. Joining others in play, listening, cooperating, and learning to manage big feelings and disagreements.
> Growing focus and self-control. Practising executive function skills—remembering instructions, managing impulses, shifting between activities, and trying a different approach.

> Everyday independence. Learning to dress, manage belongings, tidy up, and make choices with growing confidence.
> Curiosity and persistence. Exploring questions, testing ideas, learning from mistakes, and returning to a challenge.
> Physical confidence. Building movement skills through active games, outdoor play, and community exploration.
A Typical Day at Braineer (3-6 yrs old)
> A warm welcome. Children settle in, reconnect with educators and friends, and choose familiar activities.
> Time to connect and share. Circle time brings children together through stories, songs, conversations, and their own questions and ideas.
> Letters, sounds, and numbers through play. Letterland stories and songs, counting games, and Montessori-inspired hands-on activities invite children to explore early literacy and math.
> Children’s ideas in action. Science discoveries, building challenges, art, and shared projects encourage children to explore, test ideas, and solve problems together.
> Outdoor movement and discovery. Community walks, active games, and outdoor play provide fresh air and opportunities to develop physical skills.
> Time to recharge. Snack and lunch routines, rest, and quiet activities create a comfortable rhythm throughout the day.
> Play that continues to grow. Child-chosen activities give children time to revisit discoveries, develop their projects, and practise friendship skills, with educators nearby to guide and support.
